Windows 8.1 Pro, I disabled the photo sync a few months back and wanted to try it again recently so I re-enabled it and it just won't sync on this PC.
I checked my home PC and it is syncing properly there.
I signed out of iCloud control panel, uninstalled it and deauthorized my PC for iTunes and uninstalled that. Re-installed iTunes, re-authorized it, re-installed iCloud control panel and signed back in but my photos are still not syncing. Any recommendations?
Fixed it, had to delete the folder where the My Photo Stream was. I just created a backup of it and then deleted it, let iCloud re populate the folders and it came back.
