iCloud iCloud nagging to upgrade to iCloud+

iCloud keeps nagging me to upgrade to iCloud+.
iCloud also fails to backup even if it's way below 5GB data.

I don't really need nor want to backup all data to iCloud as I just use Synology for photo backups.

It used to be once a month nagging... now it's always on nagging.

How do you turn this nagging off?

Glad I saw this post. I was going to sign up for iCloud, but as I only need to back up images, looks like I would also be subject to these unwanted, and intrusive reminders. Thanks Legato.
