iCloud notes not syncing to iOs 10

Since running the beta on both my Macs and iOs devices my notes no longer show up on my iPad and iPhone. They sync normally with my iMac and Mbpr. Tried everything. Turned notes off on all devices, turned it back on, restarted all, nothing works. Notes appear in iCloud too. Is this only me or is this a temporary thing because of the betas?

I don't know if this is related to instilling the beta iOS 10 on my iPhone but here we go. I installed the public beta on my iPhone primary device.

I noticed after a while that my notes between iPad, iPhone and Mac where not syncing properly. Set up my iPhone as new back to iOS 9 latest version.

My iPhone now sync all my notes, however my iPad and Mac don't sync completely. They both stay stuck at 83 notes out of my 131 notes.

I have tried turning off notes in iCloud and iCloud completely in all devices but to no avail. When I turn it back on, it only syncs 83 notes up to the same note every time.

Any help or ideas? At this moment Im going to try to back up my iPad and restore it as new, see if my notes sync correctly.

I have the same thing! I have tried going into icloud.com, turning off on multiple devices, deleting from all devices. Most the time they just keep popping back up on another device and resyncing.

I'm thinking its the beta, at least that is what I am hoping because it is the same thing for me ever since I downloaded the beta.

I was having issues with my keychain syncing across devices, seemed to be my mac on Sierra having the most issues, logging it out of iCloud and back in again resolved the issue.
