iCloud Outage?

Has anyone been having issues with iCloud as of the past few hours? I havent been able to update iCloud Drive or photos, so I went on my browser and get errors stating iCloud Drive and Photos are both locked....

Just thought Id ask the community here...

I've been trying to get iCloud to sync for the past few days and am not having any luck. Only thing that is working is sharing of albumns.

Seems like it was down a bit. Working fine now but it took a good day to sync.
