iCloud Outlook 2010 folder mismatch

I am not a fan of the Mobileme /iCloud web interface and I am trying to move away from Gmail.

I have installed Outlook 2010 and would like to know if anyone has managed to get rid of the default 'My Outlook Data File' and the duplicate 'Junk-Email' folder?
