iCloud Photo Library appeared

iCloud Photo Library beta appeared as available on my iCloud photo settings tonight. I have iOS 8.0.2. Is anyone else seeing this? Wonder if it is safe to use...

Didn't enable iCloud Drive. It happened after I enabled Family Sharing and iCloud Photo Sharing.

...not true!

When I updated my iPad 2 and iPhone 6 to iOS 8.0.2, I did indeed enable iCloud Drive, however, iCloud Photo Library is STILL not showing on either of my devices.

It is also NOT showing on my wife's iPhone 5 on iOS 8.0.2, even though I also enabled iCloud Drive when I updated her phone as well.

Seems that it is totally random as to who gets the iCloud Photo Library options.
