I recently started using iCloud photo library. First I uploaded all my pics from my computer. Now, I switched on iPhoto library on my phone. My phone says it is getting ready to upload like 7k photos. Will it upload duplicates? Also, does the phone store full size pics and videos until it is done uploading them to the iPhoto library?
