So was wondering if anyone can help me. I've deleted some photos (6000+) from iCloud Photo Library on iCloud.com and now would like to put them back. Is any way I can trigger my phone or iCloud to do this again?

Are they in your "Recently Deleted" folder? They should be there for 30 days.
