Hello! I have a problem with iCloud photo library. So I turned on iCloud photo library the first day it was available on my iPad and iPhone. Photos started showing up at iCloud.com and on iPad,but iPhone is the problem. So,only like 50% of my photos from iPhone are right now on iCloud Photo library, and I don't where is the rest. On iPhone in settings app>iCloud>Photos it says "Uploading 304 photos". It stands like that for weeks now... Today I started uploading some photos via iCloud.com and they are showing up normally in photo library on iPad,but nothing is happening on iPhone. I even tried to turn off/on iCloud photo library on iPhone but still nothing. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Please, help me. I really want those photos on my iPhone.:(

    P.s. Sorry for bad grammar.

I (and others) am seeing the same thing. :( iPhone's at 406 to upload, even though my iPad is fine... argh beta.

Having the reverse problem. Over about a week I uploaded over 18,000 pictures to icloud.com. They all synched back down to my iPhone 6 and iPad mini fine. Then out of the blue last night my iPad started re-uploading all of the pictures back to iCloud for some reason. iPhone is fine though. Thinking something was wrong, I reset IPL on my iPad. Now it is having to re-download all 18,000 pictures to my iPad but simultaneously it then re-uploads them back to iCloud. Really strange. My iPad is getting very hot to the touch. I am about to just turn IPL off on my iPad and just leave it like it is until everything gets out of beta and we get a real Photos app for the Mac.

This is so annoying! I am paying 0.99$ every month for memory but it so useless. Does anyone knows email address where I can send Apple question about this problem?

From my experience, when facing a sync issue it's best to just leave iCloud Photos on and reboot the device and leave it be. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours for it to sort itself out.
