iPhone X iCloud photo library sync paused by default...

Hi, with wi-fi but no charging, the sync of iCloud photo library is paused by default, for "energy saving" ...

How can i change this? If i click "resume" (Riprendi) it works only for 1 hour. With my iPhone 7 no problems like this!
Any ideas?
