iCloud photo library

Hi everyone,

I understand that iCloud photo library is still in beta stage, but I'm having ono particular issue and was wondering if it's just my phone or a general bug.

When I try to send a picture on Whatsapp or upload to Instagram, the photo library opens up, I select the picture I'd like to send but then it all freezes up for a good two minutes. Then it finally unfreezes and I can hit send.

I have the option enabled to keep the lower resolution on my phone and upload the full resolution online.

Anyone have the same issue?

Im not having that problem. that only problem i have is the don't see all my pictures. i have optimize device storage on and the don't see my pictures to download and send in a chat
