iCloud photo sharing, don’t know what I’ve shared

I have iCloud photo sharing turned on and I don’t know what I’ve shared how do I check? And if I wanted to remove shared albums with others could I just turn iCloud photo sharing off and would this cause the album to be removed from the device of the friends I’ve shared albums with? Thanks

In photos->albums (icon on the bottom) there is a place for shared albums. Click see all and you can then edit each album as you see fit and even remove the album or add or delete invitees.
