iCloud photo sharing not loading pictures

I restored from iTunes backup to setup my x. Since last night barely any photos were loaded to the iCloud photo sharing albums. Any suggestions?

I’m not sure, but I noticed it was slow to update iCloud photos at first. I plugged it in overnight, and in the morning everything was updated.

Had the same issue, much worse too. All photos won't show.

I just rebooted the phone then toggling iCloud Photo Library off/on, it came back on. And no problem loading photos even on LTE.

My iCloud photos wouldn’t first load until I had it plugged in. I think it’s a battery saving feature.
