iCloud photos stopped syncing?

Hi,

I’ve got a few apple devices, (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, watch series 2, tv), and for some reason my iCloud Photo Library seems to have stopped updating?

I got a message on my iPhone last night saying that iCloud Photo Library hadn’t updated in 7 days, and I should connect to WiFi to get it updated? My phone is connected to WiFi all day and night, and is connected to charger overnight.

Anyway I can kick start the process?
