Had to get my iPhone replaced. Apparently at some point in the past I changed my Apple ID. So when I went to sign on with my new Apple ID and restore from my iCloud backup it began normally, but when it went to reinstall all my apps and photos and such it asked for my password from my old account.

I'd imagine the iCloud account is still tied to the old apple ID. I spoke to customer support. They suggested I change my Apple ID back to the old one and try again. I did and when I look at my iCloud backups from the phone it still shows the one I want to access as being on a different device.

Anyone have any ideas? It seems like everytime I call customer support I have to go through all the same steps. They claim it's a known bug but don't seem to have a clear resolution.
