iCloud Shared Family Plan

    Hello,

    I've updated to ios 11 and setup the shared family plan

    Everything worked perfect, and towards my surprise my wife was charged today for the 50gb plan (her old pln) yet when i check in setting she is a member of the the 200gb family plan

    What gives?

    I wanted to call apple and then i reminded my self that this is a beta feature so no point on wasting time on the phone with them as they are not going to support/assist

    Same here x3, I turned the feature on but have still paid for 3 other plans in my family. I suspect it will work itself out in time.

    billing issues are different than tech issues. you should call them. even if they can't help you right now it should produce a notes ticket that will help you back track any refund when they can

    In iOS 11 b3 it clearly states that family menbers can keep their own plan as well. I guess everyone has to cancel their subscription manually.
