iCloud showing devices on smart switch

Hi guys I was just using smart switch and I noticed that when I logged into iCloud it showed that an iPhone X has been syncing in the last month but I haven't had an X in 3 months. I'm concerned. When I went to see my devices on iCloud there was only my 8plus. Any ideas?
