Both show zeroKB but used is 2.2GB?
Finally wanted to update to iOS 11
So started with the back up. I've totally forgotten my encryption password for my computer backup so I decided since I don't have much to back up so I'll use iCloud for now until I figure that out.
Running on iOS 10.3.2
iPhone 6
I have the white phone and the icon reflects that until I click on THIS PHONE in iCloud backup
2- back keeps showing as ZERO KB
I've Deleted backup and made another one a few times. Still shows ZERO KB
The bottom shows 2.2 used of 5 though??
When I deleted the backup it showed as 5 available again each time. So it's backing up something somewhere but just keeps saying ZERO
I only need to back up to keep my messages. I don't care for anything else except messages and safari saved passwords etc
I have most things turned off in backup including all pictures etc. Not needed. My messages are probably about 2GB
Any idea what's going on here? Thank you
