iCloud Icloud stopped backing up my phone on a 2tb plan

About 1 month ago exactly my phone stopped backing up to icloud… ive ran thru tech support to engineers and nothing will fix this…

Im not sure if i just need to back this pos up to the computer and whipe it then restore it and see if that fixes it?? Or just go back to android or buy a new phone

I have a 13 pro max with 512 gigs… i have 1.2 tb remaining on my icloud back up…

Every time i try to back it up it stops and says it cannot be completed at this time…

In your troubleshooting, did anyone suggest deleting the current backup and then doing a new backup? Or maybe you already tried that?

I had the problem (backup failing) you describe a long time ago. I believe that is what I did, and it my phone started backing up again automatically after that.
