Icloud storage on Iphone & iPad

Hello,

I take video a lot on my iPhone and have upgraded my storage to 20gig. I don't need or want those videos on my iPhone or iPad. Is there a way once they are in the cloud to NOT have them sync top my iPad?. I checked this morning and my iPad is full because it downloaded all the videos.

Bingo... iCloud drive is a syncing service, it is not cloud storage. Try out OneDrive..... its awesome.
