I upgraded to iOS 9 two nights ago on my iPhone 6 and I noticed my storage went from about 3 GB to 84 MB (pic says 142, prior to me backing up tonight). When I click on Settings, iCloud, Storage, Manage Storage, my Backups show my iPhone twice...once as "This iPhone" and "This device." Both have 2.4GB on them. First, why would it show the same phone twice and take up twice the storage and not let me delete one of the backups? Also, back on the Storage screen (1 screen back from what I was just talking about managing storage), it says "YOUR ICLOUD STORAGE IS ALMOST" what looks to be like "FULL" over the word "Delete" where it says "Delete some data or buy more storage." Does anyone else have this issue?

Just try deleting both backups and start over with a fresh one.

When you tap on one of the backups, did you scroll down where it says delete backup? That option should be there

Yes, and it won't do it. It says "Cannot Delete Backup. This backup cannot be deleted at this time." I have the option to try again or press ok. It's odd how one says this iPhone and the other says this device. I may have to do a restore to iOS 8 and reinstall...
