iCloud Storage upgrade stuck in a loop?

Morning,

Trying to upgrade my iCloud storage and it seems to be stuck in a loop. On iOS and OS X whenever I enter my password after I've chosen the plan I'd like it just redirects me back to the section where I have to enter my password again.

Fully updated to the latest 10.10 beta, etc and all my billing and card details are correct. Any ideas?

No help really, but i'm also having this same issue right now. Also tried it on my iPhone and am getting error: "Cannot connect to iCloud".

Edit: And of course just when I said that it went through, but only after viewing my downgrade options. Weird.
