Morning all,
Anyone else had this problem...
I've got 20Gb storage for iCloud, when I look at the 'manage storage' I have my iPhone at 1.1Gb and my iPad at 917Mb and Mail 414.7 Mb, and then iCloud storage at 5.6Gb.
Now adding them up roughly its about 8.6Gb which means taking that off the 20Gb, should leave me with give or take 11.4Gb. When I look at the bottom it says I have 6.8Gb left, I've spoken to apple and they said that the same iPhone has another backup on the account but it failed, they said they were going to delete that one and that would then make the numbers all tie up (don't think they have done it yet not sure though).
When I looked on the iPhone storage it says my next backup size will be 5.5gb now since then I've backed up my iPhone 3 or 4 times yet it still says 1.1Gb for the my iPhone, if that back up of 5.5Gb went through the numbers would tie up a bit more.
I'm unable to view/delete iPhone back up that has failed, obviously I'm going to speak to them again today but would it be best to maybe delete both iPhone and iPad backups and start a fresh, see if it would trigger the failed back up to delete?
Thanks for any help.
