iCloud Sync Problem

For some reason iCloud has no problem syncing my AOL and gmail accounts (when I delete an email on my iPhone it deltas it on my computer). However it doesn't work with my work email. So if I delete an email on my iPhone it still shows up on my mac. Any ideas? Thanks
