iPhone iCloud Tabs Not Syncing

Is anyone else having issues where their icloud/safari tabs from other devices aren't showing up on your iOS 13 iPhone, and phone tabs not showing up on other devices? Someone on reddit suggested all devices must be on the most current OS (Catalina in this case), but my Mac Mini on High Sierra shows tabs from my Mojave/MBP and iOS12 iPad just fine and all vice versa.

Wondering if anyone has experienced this as well.

Thanks! Updated my iPad to iOS 13.1 and noticed they’re showing now between those two devices. Makes sense.

I can see my Safari 13 Tech Preview tabs on Safari 12, and vice versa, in macOS 10.14.6 Mojave. But not my iOS tabs.

But neither in Safari on iOS 13.2 beta.

edit: Ah, I just remembered that beta and non beta do not sync tabs, which is my problem.

it was under the new features in ios13. Im on the final and mojave and it's still not working. Im not going to safari 13 since extensions matter a ton for me

Same. I've managed to find replacements for all bar two extensions which I think I'm going to have to write myself.

Are you running beta iOS?

I updated to Safari 13 and my iCloud tabs came back to life. Not instantly but quite quickly.

Today I found replacements for the last two legacy extensions I was using. In total I've migrated away from about a dozen legacy extensions to modern extension app equivalents.

Let me know if you would like me to help you track down modern versions of the legacy extensions you use.
