I revived my late 2012 Mac Mini and installed Mojave, Catalina, and Sonoma (using OCLP.)

I cannot fully log into iCloud on Mojave and Catalina. I go through the series of prompts:

These work:
- Enter iCloud account and password
- Send FSA to Messages and enter
- Reenter iCloud account password
- Enter Mac Mini account password
This fails:
It then asks to enter the password of one of my other Macs that is running Golden Gate. I suspect the encryption scheme is not recognized.

Sonoma under OCLP asks for an iPAd code, which works.

Has anybody found a workaround?

Cheers,

Similar situation on two MacBook Pro, one 2012 and one 2019. Mojave installed and since a while, AppStore asking to enter password but gives a « failed request ». Fortunately, I was already logged in to iCloud so my account looks to be working. I didn’t tried iTunes or other services tied to AppleID though!

I updated one of the two laptops with Catalina on a SSD testdrive but same result. I suspect something related to Apple Intermediate certificate PKI but I am not sure!
