iCloud/WiFi Sync - 2 macs?

I have lion on my MBP and my iMac. I have upgraded my iphone/ipad2 to 5.0 So far, all is well!

My question is how do I use icloud and wifi sync so everything is all synced the same? Obviously my MBP and imac are named differently and when I sync my iphone via wifi sync, it points to my imac, which is fine.

How does this work so everything is on the same page?
