How is this going to work on Oct.12? Will it be based on your Apple ID? Can you get web access or just via iOS5?

I have an iCloud, IOS5, Lion question, did not want to start a new thread. Since the name of this thread was kind of generic, I thought I would just tag onto this one.

I will be keeping my iPhone 4 for a long while but i am very excited about iOS5 and iCloud. My question is do i need to upgrade my iMac to Lion in order to take full advantage of iCloud and iOS 5.

Okay. Another question: I have my wife's email address as an alternate on my iTunes ID. Will she need her own ID?
