I can see I have an @icloud e-mail address the same as @me.com

Which one I should use for my primary e-mail address?

I use my @me.com one. Easier to type and for others to remember.

I started using the @icloud, I hated the @me so I'm glad to avoid that. I used before this @mac. I'm unsure if I'll keep using that only from the perspective if apple drops it
