Icon issues 26.5

Has anyone had issue with icons not showing up with light and dark mode. When in light mode the photo icon won’t show up when in dark mode the phone icon won’t show up

I have had app icon issues throughout iOS 26. I don't often get that draft looking icon, though. Mine are just completely empty squircles. It happens when I restart the phone, when I swipe too fast between pages, and when it goes back and forth between light and dark icons. Who knew it was so hard just to get icons to show up...

It took a system restore and full install from backup for phone to work like it should
