Icon next to battery meter?

There is an icon next to the battery meter on my iPhone.

i have no idea what it is.

does anyone know where they list what the icons mean on the iPhone?

no alarms and bluetooth is off.

it looks like a telephone but there are dots underneath it.

its really bugging me, i have no idea what it is!
