I've been trying to figure out what the little icon is to the right of the "Scroll to Unlock" part of the lockscreen is. Anyone?

Speaking of the home screen, I was really surprised they didn't change it at all. Notifications (Weather, iCal events) would be really useful.

You can imagine 4 is around the corner. I would expect to see it during WWDC.
