Icon Orientation For Landscape Mode?

Can anyone recommend an app that adjusts my icons in the multitasking bar to a landscape view? Not sure if such a beast exists. Suppose having the same ability on the home screen would be beneficial as well. Any thoughts?

there use to be one called sbrotator but i heard it didnt work well. I have not heard of any other ones.
