General Icon Renamer for iOS 8.4?

Hey all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a tweak that allowed the renaming of app icons on the springboard. I used to use Icon Renamer, but it isn't supported for iOS 8.4 as of yet.

If you have iFile, I am pretty sure their is a way to change it via editing one of the .plst file in the applications folder.
Careful what you edit/change and do some research before making any changes to ensure you are editing the right file
