Icon Replacement App? (Mavericks supported)

Hi there

Alas it seems Candybar app no longer works in Mavericks. Seems still no update either to support this latest OSX version.

Any idea if there's an alternate app that does the same as Candybar in such a easy & elegant way with well designed icon packs?
