Hi folks!
For whatever reason, some of my icons freeze. I can respring and it'll be fixed, but sooner or later it happens again. I have 4 colums set up and have noticed the 2nd through 4th columns are the one that do this- the first column does not. I am unable to rearrange the dead icons, its like they aren't even there.
I am still on iOS 8.3 and jailbroken, iPhone 6+
The tweaks I have installed are:

I had Anchor installed but read it might cause this issue so I removed it. Still having the same problems...
