Saw that in the photoshop menu and it didnt help but i guess ill just figure it out by myself thank tho

Hmmm I havnt used my photoshop cs3 in a little while...but I think all you do, to explain it a little better than adobe, is click on the color replacement tool, option click the color you want to replace, then change to the color you want it to be replaced by in the color palette, then hold down the mouse and paint over the color.

Even easier, just change the hue of the image and tint it so it looks red. It's one of the options in the menu, I forget which.

Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation.

This would be the easiest way to do it.
