Every time someone I know sends me an email from his Gmail account it goes straight to the junk mail on icloud.com is there any way I can stop this He assures me he hasn't got any filters on.

if it is in the junk mail box, select it and change it to not junk/spam. Move to your inbox, should be as easy as that

They got the junk folder in the iCloud.com but there it didn’t have the options given unfortunately0.

Are you using PC or Mac? When in junk folder, can you right click the email and get options? On a Mac if you open your mail app and go to junk, highlight the email tap on the email with both fingers on trackpad and select the option.

Il try that later but I was talking to Apple and they think it’s a problem with my Apple ID
