iCoud drive contents not sync'ing iPad/Mac

Hi All

When I launch iCloud drive on my iPad I don't see the same folders as when I open the iCloud drive folder on my MacbookPro. Not all the folders are there.

Can't seem to fathom out why this is the case. Can an expert enlighten me please as to how I sync them up.

Mac OSx El Cap 10.11.6
iPad iOS 10.2.1

Mac & iPad need to be signed into the same account. If they are, don't know what's up with that.
