    Hi.

I regularly download an .ics from a web site in order to import it in my iPhone 6S (iOS 10.2). This works fine for me, but not for a friend of mine who uses the same iPhone/firmware, but with different apps & settings of course. On his iPhone the .ics is shown as plain text file (.ics downloaded from same web site).

    Why is that?

    Thanks,

    Hi.

    Still no answer ...
    Was the question not clear?
    Shall I rephrase?

I need to get this up and running properly a.s.a.p.

    Many thanks.

    Meanwhile, I know that ...

    Safari on iPhone 6S works.
    Safari on iPhone 7 doesn't work !!!
UC browser on any device doesn't work !!!

No clue whether it is the .ics content otr some server HTML, PHP or meta data settings on the server side?
