i like the idea of shirts but i don't understand the "motto" you suggest. a plain t-shirt with the MR logo would be a nice addition to my wardrobe.

Buy the T-shirt, then write your own joke on it with a marker!

How about nothing on the front, and on the back "PowerBook G5s next Tuesday" with the MR logo below it? :p

    What IS the MR logo?

It looks like a constipated apple.

    Look closer.

There is more to the Apple than meets the eye with a casual glance.

    It's actually a mouse.

I don't know why you'd want a MR shirt. It seems a bit tacky.

A mouse? Umm, no. It's an apple with a question mark.

Alright Mr Grumpy. My apologies on using these discussion forums to discuss. I should have known that it is, in fact, a library purely for searching past posts.

If searching is too much trouble, click for a recent thread about the logo.

Correct. MacRumors didn't mark them up; it's not a fundraiser. It's available simply because people asked for it.

Knowing it doesn't support MR in any, direct, way I won't bother to line the pockets of someone else.

If there was a Demi tee however!

Buying the T-shirt doesn't directly benefit MacRumors, but wearing it does, by letting people know about the site!
