iPod touch Ideas for downsizing from Classic

I'd love to hear from someone else who has tried the 80 kbps HE-AAC conversion. I just converted two tracks from 320 kbps mp3 files and I could not tell the difference, going back and forth listening at moderate volume on Grado SR-60 headphones.
