Identify manufacturer of MacBook Pro memory

I purchased my 2014 MacBook used. I curious as to whether the 16gb of memory was installed by Apple or is from a 3rd party manufacturer. System Information identifies the memory manufacturer as
"0x80AD" the serial number listed for the Ram in each bank is the same and is given as
"0x484D54343147533641465238412D50422020"

I ask this because I frequently get a message that a particular page is using a significant amount of memory. At the same time my 2013 Mac Air with 8gb Memory with the same page doesn't have a problem with the identical page.

If it's a 2014 model, it's soldered. It's likely Elpida or Hynix.
