iDisk folder syncing

So, I'd like to keep my pictures folder synced with iDisk. Using backup makes the files inaccessible from my iPhone or the online interface so im looking for a separate solution.

I also don't want to image my iDisk onto my mac.

I'd just like to periodically sync my pictures folder to iDisk. Is this possible? (how?)
