A friend is trying to download a large file (350mb) to his windows pc (I'm hoping he'll see the light soon and make the switch) from my idisk. He is running xp and using idisk utility for windows. The disk mounts o.k and he is able to see all my files however when he tries to download the 350mb file the pc gives him an error saying that the file is too large to download. Can anyone give me any help with this?

Try this:

Choose My Network Places from the Start menu, then choose "Add a network place" in the Network Tasks list. In the Add Network Place Wizard, enter the following as the location to add: http://idisk.mac.com/membername (where "membername" is your .Mac member name). Use your .Mac member name and password for authentication.

Thanks, tried that already, The idisk mounts with no problem, the problem occurs when he tries to copy the file from the idisk to his desktop. Anyone else have any suggestions?
