Don't know when this changed, but before, I could send someone a URL (such as http://public.me.com/user/file.zip) and they'd click on it and it'd start downloading. Now, when they click the link, they get re-directed to my public MobileMe folder and have to navigate to the file manually.
This is so irritating, especially with people who aren't very good with computers. I want them to click the link and download, not have to explain where to find the damn file!
