I have gotten up to the step where you run 'sudo ./oibc' and no matter what I do, I can't get the timing right and either the command does nothing or it says:

Client connected: !<filename>[@<address>] to send a file, ~<filename>[@<address>]:<len> to receive a file
Please help me! I'm on 10.6.3, and my phone is a 3G with 3.1.2

I used iPhodroid but it did freeze in scroll mode but its most likly something i did give it a shot automates everything until install.
