iDVD 7 won't open

I found another post. my bad. should of searched first. I deleted
com.apple.iDVD.plist
works now.

Did you just install it now, and it won't open, or have you opened it before?
Do other iLife apps open?
Try opening Disk Utility->Click your HD->Repair Disk

just quit perhaps it dont work? 🙁
its a new imac.
launched now, but I create a new project, save the name and the program quits. no errors

repaired permissions. still quitting when creating a project. repair disk is greyed out, cant click it 🙁

decided to call apple support. use my 90 days complimentary service.🙂
the guy said iDVD not launching is a known issue. he had me delete all its file and custom install from the dvds. seems to work fine now. 🙂
