idvd and slideshows

the slideshow on my dvd did not do a decent job of scaling my photos. they have a very jagged, forced feel to them; not nearly as sharp and clear as they ought to be. looked good in the idvd preview but... how do i fix? thanks

I don't know how you fix it, but have you tried creating the slideshow in iPhoto, then exporting to iDVD? I like the slideshows in iPhoto more than those created by iDVD.

yeah i have but iphoto can't make slideshows in 16:9 format...
