iDVD glitch! NO widescreen!

HELP!

I tried to burn an avi movie onto a DVD but I keep getting skinny people! The avi is widescreen and it looked fine when I previewed it. But when I got it burnt and watched it on TV, the people were all skinny and NO WIDESCREEN!

HELP!

Also it seems awfully long to encode a 90 minute movie.

How long does it normally take from start to finish?

I've noticed iDVD takes about 4 times your Movie length.. so an hour long movie takes 4 hours to convert.

Which is rubbish I've been told DVD studio Pro is quicker, but converting really does take time no matter what you use.

Sorry I cant help with your widescreen problem. Is there a setting in the preferences of iDVD or something?

I've tried the various settings and NOTHING.

I tried using Toast Titanium 6.1 but it keeps crashing on me.

Was fine when I was using 10.3.9

Oh well, hope there is a patch coming out real soon.
